EXHEAT Limited is a major local employer and is currently recruiting a junior/trainee welder.

As a worldwide leader, with over 30 years of experience in hazardous area heating equipment, we have the skills and commitment to ensure you get the correct training to be an integral part of the EXHEAT Ltd team.

No experience necessary, we have the tools and experience, for the right candidate, to pave a career in welding and fabrication activities.

What you will gain from being a junior/trainee welder at EXHEAT Limited.

• The successful applicants will shadow skilled fabricators/welders, using multiple welding processes, understanding national and international specifications along with internal processes.
• Learn to weld a range of materials from carbon steels through exotic alloys. Along with this EXHEAT Ltd. has developed a semi automatic welding process that has now become an integral process to help us standout among the competition.
• Train and gain experience using multiple tools used for fabrication and assembly i.e. thread machining, band saw cutting etc.
• Train and gain experience in cutting processes.
• Train and gain experience in machining & grinding processes.
• Learn effective gas cylinder handling.
• Slinger banksman training.
• Iron working.

Along with the above EXHEAT offers great progression opportunities and will invest in their staff to progress into other areas of the business along with the education needed.
